FAQ

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN DESIGN?

Of course! If you have any photos, themes, or inspirations, feel free to share them with me. You can take inspiration from one of my previous designs, or I can create a completely new piece just for you and surprise you. Every luggage piece is hand-painted by me, so even if you draw inspiration from an existing design, it will always be truly unique ! 

AVERAGE TURNAROUND? 

The process usually takes around one to two months, depending on how busy I am with orders and where in the world the luggage needs to be shipped. International orders may require additional time, while domestic ones are usually quicker. Every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring that the wait results in a luggage truly unique and worth cherishing

RETURNS?

All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE from the order being placed due to it being a personalised custom made order.

Please note that the longevity of each piece cannot be guaranteed.

Every luggage is hand-painted by me, making each design unique. While all pieces are finished with a protective coating to enhance durability, I cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during travel, including at airports, or from how the luggage is stored or handled.

As each piece is carefully painted by hand, I also recommend handling and storing it with care. While paint chipping or smudging is unlikely, this is a precaution to ensure your luggage remains as beautiful as intended.
